Welcome to WebCatalog. By accessing our platform and using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Use of Service

WebCatalog provides a platform for businesses to create digital product showcases. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your dashboard. We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate accounts that violate our policies.

2. User Content & Ownership

You retain full ownership of the text, images, and product data you upload to your catalog. By using WebCatalog, you grant us a limited license to host and display your content to your visitors. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your content does not infringe on any third-party copyrights or trademarks.

3. Prohibited Conduct

Users are strictly prohibited from using WebCatalog to:

  • Post illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive content.
  • Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code.
  • Impersonate other brands or businesses.
  • Spam or harass visitors through the inquiry system.

4. Service Availability & "As-Is" Basis

WebCatalog is currently provided on an "As-Is" and "As-Available" basis. While we strive for 100% uptime, we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not liable for any business loss resulting from service downtime.

5. Lead Generation & Transactions

WebCatalog is a Lead Generation Platform, not a payment processor. We facilitate inquiries between buyers and sellers. We are not responsible for the quality of goods, payments, or any disputes arising from deals closed outside the platform via Chat, Call, or WhatsApp.

6. Domain Usage

If you use a free .webcatalog.in sub-domain, it remains the property of WebCatalog and is provided for your use during the term of your account. If you connect a custom domain, you are responsible for its renewal and maintenance.

7. Subscription & Payments

  • 30-Day Free Trial: WebCatalog offers a full-featured 30-day Free Trial to all new businesses. No credit card or payment information is required to start your trial.
  • Annual Renewal: After the 30-day trial, your account will move to a Yearly Renewal model. To keep your catalog live, a one-time annual payment of ₹10,000 is required.
  • No Auto-Debit: We do not save your payment methods or perform automatic deductions. You have full control over when and how you pay for your renewal.
  • Service Interruption: If the renewal payment is not made by the end of the trial (or the end of your subscription year), your digital catalog will be temporarily deactivated until the payment is completed. Your data will be safely stored for 60 days before permanent deletion.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.
